Report A Missed or Rescheduled Service
All missed and rescheduled services must be reported directly to The Verity Partners Group by phone. Missed services can not be reported on-line, by e-mail, or through Basecamp.

To report a service that will be missed or rescheduled, call 314-731-0071.

To Report A Missed/Rescheduled Service During Our Regular Business Hours**:

Call 314-731-0071 and hit 0.

Let the person that answers the phone know that you need to report a service that will be missed or rescheduled. (Please note you should report this information voice to voice. Do not leave a voicemail.)

The person that answers the phone will direct your call to the appropriate account manager who will assist you with the missed/rescheduled service.
To Report A Missed/Rescheduled Service Outside of Our Regular Business Hours** (including weekend and holidays):

Call 314-731-0071. When the auto attendant answers, hit dial 6.

You will be connected to the VPG staff person on call who will help you determine next steps. If prompted to leave a message, leave your name, your immediate call back number, and the name(s) of the impacted account(s). The staff member on call will respond to your message.

The after-hours pager is available 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
