Request Temporary Coverage

Verity Partners Group's Temporary Account Coverage Policy

As part of your company's agreement with The Verity Partners Group, it is your responsibility, as a business owner, to assign a trained member of your crew to provide scheduled service in periods where you must be absent.  This includes vacations, planned medical leave, attending events, travel, etc.

In the event that you need full or partial coverage of your company's account roster during a planned absence, The Verity Partners Group should be contacted using the form below as soon as possible, but no later than 4 weeks before the beginning of your planned absence.

If you are unable to provide back-fill for some or all of your accounts, The Verity Partners Group can assist in finding temporary coverage. A fee of $25.00 per account will be assessed for this service.  Half of this fee will be paid to the subcontractor that will be providing the temporary coverage for their time required to do a walk-through at the account.

To begin this process, please complete and submit the form below.  Within one business day of receipt, we will reach out to you to confirm the specifics of your request.  Please note: submitting this form does not guarantee or finalize coverage to be provided through The Verity Partners Group.  We will reach out to you directly to confirm your request, discuss details, and to coordinate key and walk-through plans. It will be your responsibility to deliver necessary keys to The Verity Partners Group office within a timely manner, and also to retrieve the keys to resume service upon your return.

If you plan on using crew members that are not currently on your approved crew list, please allow enough time for their background checks to be completed prior to the date of their first service.   You may begin the background check process by clicking here.   The standard fee of $29.99 will apply for each new crew member.

Exceptions and Emergencies:

​

An emergency will be defined as a situation that does not allow for the required advance notice outlined above.  Examples include: medical emergencies, death of an immediate family member, travel related to a medical emergency or death of an immediate family member,  being involved in a natural disaster such as a flood or tornado, or other potentially life threatening situations for which advance notice is not possible. 

​

  • If there is an emergency situation which will require temporary coverage to be provided in less than 4 weeks of the scheduled service, you should call The Verity Partners Group office at 314-731-0071 during regular business hours for assistance. Our account managers will work with you to decide on the best path forward for each of your scheduled accounts.   You should NOT use this form to request coverage under these circumstances. 

  • If an emergency situation presents itself outside of our regular business hours which requires temporary coverage for some or all of your scheduled accounts, you should call Verity's after-hours paging system at 314-731-0071, and dial 6, to be connected to our staff person on call. 

  • If absence, planned or unplanned, will be for a period exceeding 14 days, please contact The Verity Partners Group at 314-731-0071. 

  • Absences which may be necessary because of inclement weather do not fall under the temporary coverage guidelines.  In the event that a service needs to be missed due to weather, please follow out inclement weather protocol which may be found in the weather center

At it's sole discretion, The Verity Partners Group may elect to waive the $25.00 coverage fee in situations caused by extenuating circumstances outside of the subcontractor's control.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in assignment of accounts to another subcontractor. 

​

Important Note: Any changes or updates to your plans should be immediately communicated to The Verity Partners Group. Failure to update The Verity Partners Group may result in duplicate coverage being provided by another crew or credits being issued incorrectly to the client.
